I had a dejavu feeling when I saw the movie poster of Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Lightning Thief. His clothing, his body posture, his hair and the color scheme of the poster reminds me of Harry Potter the series. If you think that this is another copycat version of Twilight or Harry Potter movie, hold on first cause this fantasy movie is based on novel with the same title by Rick Riordan.
You might not be able to see beautiful granite tile in this movie but the castle is like a dream comes true. The main cast is Logan Lerman, a nto so famous actor. There is also Uma Thurman who played as Medusa and Pierce Brosnan as Chiron. It tells the story of Percy Jackson who finds out that he is the son of Poseidon.
