Actress RenΓ©e Zellweger, who appeared on the cover of Glamour magazine’s June 2009 edition, mentioned that she wants to take a break from the big screen (read: acting) on last 2 months. But just recently, she said that she is ready to play as Bridget Jones again. The filming is expected to start at the end of this year 2009. Yay!
Renee is in the list of my favorite actresses and I will definitely nominate her for BoB Awards. She is beautiful in a way that she looks elegant and classy with a sweet smile, that I wished I would grow up to be one lady like her. She is one great actress who is committed to her profession. I salute her for willing to gain 20 pounds for her role in Bridget Jones’s Diary (2001). She was nominated in numerous awards, won Oscar and many more. If he wins Blog Awards, her achievement will be complete.
Before the shooting of Bridget Jones Diary and After.
The first movie of her that I watched is Jerry Maguire (1996) with the famous line “Show me the money”, where she partnered with Tom Cruise. I didn’t have much impression towards Renee’s acting at that time, except that she has a very warming and beautiful look. After all, I was just a ten year old kid, what did I know about acting and stuff?
In Bridget Jones Diary
The next movies that I watched was The Bachelor (1999) and Me, Myself & Irene (2000). It was after she played as the full-figured Bridget in Bridget Jones’s Diary that I started to notice her, from acting to the gossip about her, because it was the first chic-lit that I bought and like. Then she appeared in Golden Globe Awards and other events in a stunning outfit. This lady has a great fashion sense!
I can’t wait to see her in the 3rd sequel of Bridget Jones’s Diary. For the mean time, please nominate me in the Best of the Best Awards!
