In the society, people keeps on talking about how important inner beauty is. But no matter what, we can’t deny the fact that outlook plays an important part too. Otherwise, there won’t be acnezine or other acne treatment. We surely want to have a smooth beautiful skin face. And that issue is brought up on this 2007 comedy drama called Acné. What a short and to-the-point title.
The movie portrays a 13 years old boy – Rafael Bregman (by Alejandro Tocar) who already lost his virginity but hasn’t kiss yet. He is far from handsome but face fulls of pimples and low self-esteem. That’s where the story is, cause Rafael will transform into a confident boy and all.
The movie also nominates as best film in Cartagena Film Festival and Best Spanish Language Foreign Film in Goya Awards.
