Yeap, I Hate Valentine, do you? I always see Valentine’s Day as an over-commercialized thing. I don’t know why, probably because I never receive a real rose or other meaningful expensive gift on the so called love day. Or it could be because everything is oh so expensive on the day and I don’t want boyfriend to spend so much on the valentines day. Whatever.
I believe there is people who hates Valentine’s Day more than me, or so. Otherwise, Hollywood’s entertainment film production won’t come out with this romantic comedy movie with such a title “I hate Valentine’s Day“.
We get to see Nia Vardalos, from My Big Fat Greek Wedding a well-known romantic comedy back in 2002, as the main cast accompanied by John Corbett. I Hate Valentine’s Day took place in Manhattan, the ever perfect city for romance story setting.
I would expect to see this Valentine movie to be released on theaters around January or February next year, cause the mood is there. But it has been released early April in Brazil. Not sure when it will be released in South East Asia. Sigh.
