This romantic comedy chick flick is based on the self-improvement book, “He’s Just Not That Into You: The No-Excuses Truth To Understanding Guys.”
Synopsis of He’s Just Not That Into You:
It is the story of 9 different intertwined people and their life experiences while searching for love and the perfect relationship. There is Gigi (Ginnifer Goodwin), a copywriter for a spices catalog, whom seeks advice from her equally ineffectual coworkers Janine (Jennifer Connelly) and Beth (Jennifer Aniston) as Gigi herself is unlucky when it comes to love.
Janine herself is facing a sexless marriage and not sure if she can trust her music industry rep hubby Ben (Bradley Cooper) whom happens to be bedding a wannabe singer named Anna (Scarlett Johansson)
Beth wants to commit and take a step further in her relationship with Neil (Ben Affleck), her boyfriend. They have been together for 7 years and Neil still stays cool with their unmarried life.
He’s Just Not That Into You offers many laughs and cringe-worthy moments of failed male/female interaction, although some may refer to this movie as generic and another “Sex and the city” movie minus the shopping scene.
Well, you should watch this if you like ‘How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days’ kind of movie.
